Morningside Shopping Centre in Sandton has recently undergone a complete redevelopment. The community centre now boasts a AAA-grade retail environment with a unique tenant mix designed to provide convenient, quality lifestyle retail to the immediate trade area.
Morningside has now chosen EasiPark as their parking service providers.
Parking is offered in 635 bays over three levels with a ratio of 6.2 bays per 100m² of retail. Some of the key parking features include 15% wider parking bays to allow for easier parking and getting in/out of your vehicle, pre-paid parking cards for frequent shoppers, EasiPark loyalty parking cards, and ticket validations for anchor tenants. 
The owners of Morningside Shopping Centre, in conjunction with the Jo'burg Roads Agency, have improved the road network in the immediate area. This includes vehicle access off both Rivonia Road and Waggon Street, the widening of Rivonia Road to 3 lanes, and traffic signals at the Outspan Road/West Road intersection.
Morningside Shopping Centre is owned and developed by Flanagan & Gerard Property Development and Investment, and Grapnel Property Group.
