Kolonnade, the regional shopping centre in northern Pretoria, has extended EasiPark's parking contract to 2012 for the management of its 1,300 undercover parking garage.  

Owned jointly by the Sasol Pension Fund and Growthpoint Properties and managed by JHI, Kolonnade is regarded as one of the major regional shopping centres in the country, with 68,000 m² GLA, 150 stores, over 12 million shoppers annually and 4,200 parking bays. 

Having opened the multi-storey parking garage at Kolonnade in November 2005, the owners and JHI have continued to show faith in EasiPark's expertise and high level of retail services. EasiPark operates the retail parking with a fully automatic pay-on-foot parking system.
