Michael is involved in all aspects of the company's business... from hands-on operational management on-site, to new business development in major contracts, Michael keeps close tabs on the day-to-day management of the EasiPark group. He has been involved in establishing major parking contracts both nationally and internationally with specific focus on EasiPark's African Operations. |

Andrea (44) handles all business development for EasiPark. She has been with the Group for 7 years and has worked on a number of key clients for EasiPark. These include Intersite, Motseng, JHI, Eris Properties and Broll. Her previous experience includes Business Development Director at Magnum Shield, the highly-rated security business within the Bidvest group she has extensive experience in the security and services industry. Andrea has specific focus in securing new contracts and building EasiPark's business and name in the parking and cleaning services industries. |

Demster (54) is a 60% shareholder in EasiServe Management Services (Pty) Limited, the empowerment focused company within the EasiPark group, offering specialist parking management expertise. Demster is Operations Director of EasiPark and has a senior management role in the group, overseeing operations and also involved in business development. He was previously with National Autoparks for 14 years and so has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the parking industry. He started off in that company as a parking supervisor, worked his way up the company and for the last four years of his employment there was Parking Operations General Manager. |

| James van der Hyde is EasiPark's Regional Parking Manager and is based full-time in Cape Town. He has been with EasiPark since 1999 and projects with which he has previously been involved include Long Beach Mall, Maynard Mall, Gardens Shopping Centre, Riebeeck Square and Cape Town On-Street parking. James has been involved with the start up of EasiPark's African Continent business and remain intimately involved on a day to day basis. |

| Pegias worked at EasiPark Johannesburg in the late 1990's as an administrator. He subsequently moved back to Zimbabwe and, more recently, initiated and was instrumental in signing, the City Of Harare's downtown garages and on street parking business. Pegias manages EasiPark Harare with the assistance of a very capable and loyal management team. |
